This role will require you to create and maintain fantastic customer relationships with existing and new clients, acting as the first point of call for support and dazzling with your winning personality to help onboard new customers. You will guide customers through any technical questions and support their approach to boosting their own business. This fun and fast-growth market is increasingly competitive so you will be developing, implementing, and forever improving strategies for customer retention – such as building perfect message copy for businesses to “wow” their customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyse the client base and data trends to develop new tools and information to feed back to clients.

Although the primary focus is on customers, this role also offers the chance to build marketing experience.

In addition, for the first six months you will also be supported by the Unlocking Potential programme which will enable you to access specialist mentors.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of account management, sales, marketing or business development and a keen interest in mobile marketing, and enthusiasm to take the next step in their career.

Your customer friendliness skills need to be first class – we are looking for someone to go the extra mile. Good written communications and a basic understanding of digital marketing techniques is a must. An interest to develop marketing skills is important to help FireText customers make the most of their SMS marketing. Being organised and self-motivated is important, as well as being adaptable in a fast-growing and changing environment. You must be a quick learner and self-motivated to work independently when required. Ultimately, enthusiasm to work in a vibrant business, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are the most important factors.

This role will be focusing on putting together a marketing strategy to help increase new leads signing up to the FireText platform. Your main focus will be putting together a marketing plan, to help increase new customers visiting the FireText site. This would include creating content, including a regular blog and SEO updates, to help improve our search position. Coming up with new and refreshing ways to share and showcase our product to businesses across the UK. Regularly monitoring the Adwords profile, to ensure we are bringing in high quality leads at a low cost.

You will also use your marketing knowledge to help businesses plan successful SMS campaigns & communication time and time again. This could involve hopping on a call, setting up a demo or chatting over email - guiding them through our online platform along the way. The message content we send is crucial and we pride ourselves on helping our customers add the ‘pop’ to their communication campaigns.
